Ark is an up-and-coming non-alcoholic cocktail brand inspired by the bold flavors of India.
THE ASK: The client approached us with an existing visual identity and tasked us with developing their overarching brand story. Our role was to define their purpose, mission, tone of voice, and messaging—laying the foundation for their social strategy and partnerships.

The challenge lay in bridging the gap between Ark’s existing visual identity and the crafted brand narrative, which didn’t perfectly align. While the brand’s voice leaned vibrant and playful, the visuals felt dated and wouldn’t appeal to the mass market.
We conducted extensive direct and indirect competitor analysis and leveraged trend insights to define consumer personas and content pillars. Our strategic foundation ensured that all future tactics—from messaging to partnerships—were cohesive, impactful, and aligned with Ark’s overarching brand story.
